Standards
Do you sell local Welsh beef and lamb?
Yes. We sell PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) Welsh Beef and Welsh Lamb.
For something extra special, both our Llandudno and Old Colwyn shops also have ageing cabinets, allowing selected cuts of beef to be aged for up to 30 days for enhanced flavour and tenderness.
Are you an accredited butcher?
Yes. Poyntons Butchers is an accredited member of National Craft Butchers, supporting high standards of traditional butchery, quality and customer service.
Home Delivery
How much does local home delivery cost?
Local delivery is:
- Free on orders over £40
- £5.95 on orders under £40
You can choose an available delivery day using the date picker at checkout. Your delivery date will be the next day we are delivering in your area.

Monday to Saturday – Next available day

Do you deliver to other LL and CH postcodes?
Yes. We also deliver to all other LL postcodes and all CH postcodes.
For these areas:
- Delivery costs £5.95 on all orders
- Minimum order value is £40
You can select an available delivery day using the date picker at checkout. Delivery is normally within 24–48 hours of ordering, Monday to Saturday.
