Allergens Information
The following are lists of the allergens that are present in the foods we produce.
The 14 regulated allergens include celery, cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats), crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide/sulphites (over 10ppm), and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews).
